1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
- The item must not have any stains, perfume smell, damage, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Cut fabrics (fabric sold by meter)
- Customized or stitched blouses
- Altered or tailored products
- Nighties & inner garments (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)
3. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Kalamkari products are handcrafted and may have:
- Slight color variations due to screen settings
- Minor irregularities in print or painting
- Small differences in motif placement
These are natural characteristics of traditional art and are not considered defects.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Share order number and product images.
- Wait for return approval confirmation.
- Ship the product securely to the address provided by us.
Return shipping charges will be:
- Paid by the customer (unless product is damaged or wrong item sent).
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the product was damaged during delivery and verified by us, a full refund including shipping may be provided.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- Wrong item
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video (if possible).
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Full refund

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier operations.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural calamities
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, if not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
9. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
For COD orders:
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Refund will be processed via bank transfer after product inspection.
